What ISE endpoint license is needed if a device is using a certifcate for authentication (3rd party CA Server).

Sorry, just to clarify, this is regarding an external certificate.

I forgot to mention that detail.

if I wanted to do authentication via a device cert using an external CA, it will work with just a base license?
