change password on next login doesn't work for android, ios, and blackberry

Hi,

I'm facing a wireless authenication problem with Cisco ISE, "change password on next login" doesn't work for android,ios, and blackberry.

windows in the other hand have no problem with that

it should be a pop-up asking to change user password after initiaing a wireless connection

i'm using ISE 1.4 with no patch

does anyone have a clue about this problem?

Hi,

As the password change is working for Windows, it seems to be issue with the Android/iOS supplicant.

Hi Kush,

indeed, but not all supplicant is using windows, even more gadgets using other than windows

It seems like there is a problem with the communication to the supplicant, is there any protocol need to be allowed on ISE to support this?

another information

1. that i'm using dot1x for auth

2. ISE auth detail report said that the user need to change password (24203)
