Changing timezone in ISE 2.6 after installation

Hello:

I'm running ISE 2.6 and need to change the timezone on my 2-node deployment. Both the admin and CLI command reference guides for 2.6 suggest that this can be changed with a restart of the application, but this does not seem to be correct:

ise-inf01-dc1/admin(config)# clock timezone US/Pacific
Setting the timezone via CLI is not supported.
ise-inf01-dc1/admin(config)#

Further, changing the timezone option is greyed out in the web interface.

Please advise on how I can change the timezone on ISE 2.6 post installation.

I am trying change the timezone in my ISE node but I get the following messages.

% On ise distributed deployments, it is recommended all nodes be
% configured with the same time zone.
% Changing the time zone may result in undesired side effects
% Recommended to reimage the node after changing the time zone

Did any of you have to reimage the node after you changed the timezone?

Hi @a.maldonado ,

1st, please check the: CSCvo49755 To enable CLI clock timezone command.

Known Fixed Releases:
2.7.0.356-Patch1, 2.6.0.156-Patch5, 2.4.0.357-Patch11 and 2.2.0.470-Patch17

Workaround:
This functionality has been returned in ISE 2.2 patch 17, ISE 2.4 patch 11, ISE 2.6 patch 5, and ISE 2.7 patch 1 with the note below

% On ISE Distributed Deployments, it is recommended all nodes be
% configured with the same time zone.
% Changing the time zone may result in undesired side effects
% Recommended to reimage the node after changing the time zone
Are you sure you want to proceed with time zone change? Y/N [N]: Y
System timezone was modified. You must restart ISE for change to take effect.

2nd, I changed the timezone without reimage the Node without a problem, but since it is a recommendation, I prefer to reimage all my 20x Nodes, step by step during the next weeks.

Hope this helps !!!
