[Cisco ACS] 11054 Radius attribute validation failed due to invalid password or shared secret.

Hello,

I am trying to login to a UPS using RADIUS as the authentication method. There is an Access Policy created so that if you are a member of a certain AD group you could login. Other members of my team can login but I can't and in the Troubleshooting dashboard I receive the error message "11054 Radius attribute validation failed due to invalid password or shared secret." I know my password is correct and I know the RADIUS shared secret is also correct.

ACS version: 5.8.1.4

- Try configuring a secondary device for a test-radius-setup , preferably a cisco switch; use the same policies and setup as for the UPS. Check wether this problem is repeated or not.

I am still not able to login. Also after some further testing using Cisco ISE the issue does not seem to be tied to ACS.
