Cisco ACS 5.3, restore issue.

Hello.

I'm using ACS 5.3 and I need to restore configuration into a new virtual machine.

When I try to do this using a FTP server, I receive this error

acsuno/admin# acs restore acsuno_bck-140408-1345.tar.gpg repo patch
Restore requires a restart of ACS services. Continue?  (yes/no) yes
% Error: Failed to perform ACS restore: Failure occurred during request
acsuno/admin#

Any ideas?
