Dear all,
I wonder if anyone can assist with an issue affecting our ACS 5.3 VM appliance.
Since around 23rd of March this year, our monitoring platform has noted that the VM is sporadically restarting. There does not appear to be any pattern to the rebooting cycle. For example, the appliance restarted unexpectedly 6 times over this weekend.
I've searched online but have not found anything that will assist my troubleshooting (perhaps I've missed the obvious!).
I have pushed Syslog output from the ACS to an external Syslog server in the hope that this would show some information when the appliance restarts, but nothing is logged. Are there any meaningful logs that I can pull from the ACS to determine the last reboot reason or similar?
There are other VMs hosted on the VMWare host that are functioning without issue. There are no obvious issues manifesting on the VM server.
We are slowly migrating to ISE but the ACS is still managing 802.1X for our network devices.
I have attached the output of a show tech-support command.
Kind regards,
Andy

Update to this issue - our support company found an ACS specialist who dialed in and performed some analysis. The appliance was showing an uptime of 21 days but our monitoring platform had logged multiple restart events during this time.
I deleted and readded the ACS object on SolarWinds and there has not been an unexpected restart since this work was performed a few weeks ago.
Can this post be marked as solved please.
Thanks,
Andy
