Hi,
I have just installed Cisco ACS 5.5.0.46. We have successfully managed to get Juniper devices to authenticate using Radius.
The problem is the authentication logs are empty.
I am planning to patch the ACS to cumulative patch 4 tonight, hoping this may solve the problem.
Can anyone advise?

Do you have AAA accounting configured on the Juniper devices?

Hi Thanks for the reply.
I did a stop and start of the ACS processes even though they were showing as running and it has started working. It ended up being something really obvious but I will carry on with the patching tonight.
