Cisco ACS : Is it possible to connect to the ACS view database using an odbc connection

Can you create an odbc connection to the view database from Cisco ACS 5.6 running on a virtual appliance?

We want to use the logged data to create our own dashboards.

Good Question never tried, nor you have access to shell access to try.

Thank you for the suggestion.

We are already using a remote syslog server, it is being used for specific security issues.

I'm looking for a way that we can create our own dashboards.

The Cisco monitoring and reporting tool is way to limited for our needs.

If we can connect to the view database we can create a dashboard and alarms completely to our needs.
