Cisco ACS view-alertmanager and view-logprocessor Not running

Hi ,
We have in our cisco ACS the processes view-alertmanager and view-logprocessor in state not running.
I tried to stop and start the procesess but same result. Any another idea?
Do Someone knows what is the function of this processes and what implies they aren“t running?

Try below commands from the command level see if you can able to fix the issue.
>application acs stop
>application acs start
if the problem still persists, if you have maintenance windows, reboot and let us know.

Stop and start the processes didn“t work.
I“ll try to schedule a time window to reset the devices.
One question, do you know what are the functions of this procesess?

it is self explanatory on table 8 ACS Log
if those not running, you would not get the expected log for reporting and alerts
