Cisco ASA error disk0 cannot be found

Hello community ! 

I have a big problem, i hope you can help me.

Im working in a small bussiness, so my boss did want me to make theyr network

I ve done everything good and after a little bit, he bought me a firewall ASA 5505.

I did start learning about it, and after i start practicing i did a stupid thing.

I deleted flash files and everything from him

Now im dealing with a big problem.

I did boot it from rommon with a tftp server but i still cant save the image in flash

I have some problems that are reminding me that (disk0 couldnt fine such file or directory)

 is this ASA in ROMMON ? when you boot ?
