Cisco ISE 1.2 issue with dot1x authentication

hello everyone,

I have installed ISE in my network of 2000 or more PCs from 2 years ago and I think all the configurations are right and optimum,

but I face a problem I think it is from PC side that every day 4 or 5 computers drops in the CWA posture although they are compliant and the wired auto config service is started,

to solve this situation I have to go to the user PC and stop then restart the wired auto config service manually although it was already running

I am in this hassle for 2 years .... if anyone faced this problem and solved it please help me

and I am ready for answering any question about the configurations I made

Need to look at the NAC agent logs on the machine during the problem. What version of switch / wireless are you running?

What is the NAC agent code you have installed on the machines?

Dear Jatin,

hope you are fine, thanks for your reply.

this problem happens in all our switches and randomly models 4500 & 2960

no wireless devices are installed

I think the problem is in the service of the wired auto config that it appears  started automatically - while it needs to be stopped and started again.

Compliance Module Version: 3.6.10146.2

if someone faced this problem and found a solution please provide me with it
