Cisco ISE 1.3 Internal error 500

Hi,

we are getting internal error 500 when we are trying to do guest portal on port 8443 and even after changing it it coming the same.

i have tried to restart the service after changing the port number.

I am using ise 1.3 patch 4.

Is there any bug or anything which is related to this issue.

i am getting this when its trying to redirect the page to the guest portal for the guest.

could u paste the link which is used in redirection?

usually 500 error is seen when redirect is done to not existing resources.

i am doing a redirect for a guest portal using a static port redirection on the authorization profile.
