Hi

First of all, you took the file ise-upgradebundle-1.4.0.253.x86_64.tar.gz which is meant to be used only on earlier version than ISE 1.3.

To upgrade from 1.3 to 1.4, you'll need to download the file ise-upgradebundle-1.2.x-to-1.4.0.253.x86_64.tar.gz with md5 hash 6c12533aee5f5e6995fe0518d086fbbe

Can you please try with the correct file and keep us posted?

Thanks
Francesco
