ISE v1.4 backup

Hola,

Tengo un ISE virtual versión 1.4, estoy cargandole un backup al finalizar me muestra el siguiente mensaje:

Restore Failed : Server=ise; Message=Error: Restore failed. Backup data has future timestamp and system reverted back to pre-restore state.

Encontre documentación y comentan que la zona horaria es diferente de donde se extrajo el backup y de donde se esta cargando, asi que configure la misma zona horaria en el ISE donde estoy cargando el backup pero aun asi es el mismo mensaje.

Espero puedan ayudarme con algún tipo de información o documentación.

Please verify that the clock set properly and sync to a proper NTP source on the source ISE before the backup is taken and on the target ISE.

If that verified ok and still the same problem, please open a Cisco TAC case and provide a copy of your CFG backup to TAC so we may investigate further.

Si ya confirme el reloj y esta bien, al parecer solo me queda abrir un caso con el TAC
