When trying to save a report as a .pdf file to my local PC I am receiving a permissions error that I am unable to save in the selected location. I receive this error if I try to save in any location on my local machine as well as usb drives or network drives. I have tried giving the ISE permissions on my local hard drive as well as adding it to the administrators group in windows. This is a large problem as a separate issue I am working on with TAC requires me to send an export of the radius accounting report. Anyone else come across this?
I was able to save using my laptop. My user account is an administrator on both machines, so I am not sure why it works on one and not the other. Still looking into that issue.
