Cisco ISE 2.0 to 2.1 upgrade issue

I am trying to upgrade an ISE cluster with version 2.0 patch 2 to version 2.1 but am encountering an upgrade

failure at step 10   “Error%  M&T database upgrade failed”  and the upgrade exits with rollback on the secondary node.

What could be the possible reason with the upgrade failure here.  I have in total 6 nodes , 1 primary, 1 secondary &

4 PSNs . Could somebody help here please.

If operational data not important to you, then it would be a lot quicker to fresh install this ISE node with ISE 2.1 and join it to the ISE-2.1 deployment.

Otherwise, please check the upgrade logs from ISE admin CLI. First, by "show logging app | include upgrade". Then, "show logging app <individual-upgrade-log-file-name>". Open a TAC case, if possible.
