Cisco ISE 2.3 Patch 5 - Error : "unable to send email" , Fails to Send Guest Notification Emails

Hello Everyone ,

We start facing a problem with email notification for Guests on our deployment  .

We have have setup mail notification for users and when we create a user and try to send notification via email 

we get the below error .

"unable to send email"

ISE is communicate successfully with SMTP as we use the same smtp for aler notifications which are send properly .

Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem ?

Would need more information but you should work through tac to look into break/fix issues . Especially if this was working before patch 5 you should get right on that
