team,
we have installed cisco ise 2.4 installed patches 2,4,5,8version facing issue with the log's page.
none of the logs were displayed.

There are quite a few causes for the live logs to stop processing, and I have personally hit a number of bugs in the older 2.4 patches such as p8 that you are running that can cause this.
As a quick fix you can try reloading the monitoring nodes (or the nodes that the monitoring persona are on if shared with the admin role).
Most importantly, look at installing patch 13 since a number of known bugs that cause live logs to stop are fixed in previous patches that patch 13 includes. If live logs still don't work once you install patch 13, then it would be best to contact TAC.
