Cisco ISE 2.4 patch 10: Cannot register the secondary

Hello,

I have a Cisco ise 2.4 patch 10, I am trying to register the secondary (it was already registered but a problem of sync occurred but De-register it to register it again) but I cannot, even the error message I cannot  get it; I have this empty message.

Can you plz help me with this ?.

Question 1) Have you tried using a different browser to register?

Question 2) Does this blank popup come after you select the role (persona, and other parameters) about the node?

It's possible there is some sort of exception happening in the code. It may not be able to show that in the box.

Best course of action would be to open a TAC case.

Thank you for your reply.

1) This the same browser used before, I tried another one but the same.

2) I get this pop up in the first step, before selecting the role and other parameters.

I will try to open a TAC case would be the best.
