Hi,
If i define an user custom attribute and i go and create or edit an admin user i'm getting error:
xwt.widget.repeater.DataRepeater._fetchItem(). A record(record id='adminCustAttrRepeater') in your data store does not contain a field named 'value' but it is defined in the structure of the repeater.
When i delete custom attribute there is no more error.
is there any workaround to this?

Using ISE 3.2 Patch 2, I created a new custom Internal User attribute (test_attribute:String) then when I select +Add for a new ISE Admin User, I got the same dialog:
You may ask TAC to file a bug.
