We have weird experience in using v3.2 patch 4 with Sponsorship guest access, we deployed SSID with guest access need to register and sponsor need to approve. When guest registered using their personal email (ex. guest@yahoo.com) and input email sponsor or host (host@mycompany.com) and when host approve the guest request it was able to approve without issue, BUT the guest did not receive the credentials. and when guest use company email (guest@mycompany.com) it was able to receive the credentials.
I thought it was the SMTP server, but when host login to sponsor portal page, then resend the guest credential to his personal email (guest@yahoo.com) no issue at all, guest receive the email.
Do you have any idea what to check?
