Cisco ISE and Guest Management and msn.com

Hi everyone

We have set up Cisco ISE Guest management in the lab. We are using Cisco ISE v3.1 and Mobility Express for WiFi.
Guest processes are completed successfully. Then msn.com opens on a new page!

This happens even when we set a different page.
Does anyone have any ideas?

There should be nothing in ISE that is driving this - sounds like the user's web browser is set to always load this page as their home page.

Hello Arne, This problem is not relevant to ISE or EndUser. At Mobility Express, we are observing. If EndUser connect to the Guest WiFi over Mobility Express, the default web page is opening this link automatically. If EndUser connect to the Guest WiFi over C9800-CL, everything is fine. Actually, this problem is on Mobility. But I couldn't find where is this?

I would suggest posting your question to the Wireless community space and clarify that the scenario is specific to the Mobility Express solution. If you mention ISE, they will likely direct you back here.
