Cisco ISE and locally switched "Guest" SSID

Hello,

I've recently deployed "Guest" SSID in one of our remote branches. The network for the SSID is locally switched, it's NOT routed via MPLS to the HQ where Cisco ISE is deployed. However, I would like guest users to authenticate via sponsor portal on the ISE. Is that possuble?
