Cisco ISE and RDP issue

When user is logged out i am unable to connect via RDP to windows PC. what could be the problem?

Do you have user and/or machine auth?
What suppliant are you using?

I want to use both user and machine. how I can do that? Supplicant is using windows.

Hi,

You can't use them both - i.e. in the same auth session.

When using windows supplicant you can use machine OR user.

When you just power on your PC, your OS will send its machine credentials. After user login, it will send user credentials.
