Cisco ISE Auth ISSUE when windows 11 pro patch upgrade to the latest

Hello Guys 

windows pro  11 23H2 OS build 22631.3593 not auth with cisco ISE .but its working when  if i downgrade the Operating system . 

is there any solution for this , is this kind of bug ?

ISE version is - 3.1.0.518 , should i upgrade cisco ISE ? 

Please let me know if any face or solved this kind of issue .
