sftp file transfer fails to ISE

I am trying to copy a upgrade from sftp server to my ISE server 2.7  but it keeps failing.

copy sftp://IP0//tmp/ise-upgradebundle-2.7.x-3.1.x-to-3.2.0.542c.SPA.x86_64.tar.gz disk:/

% Error: Transfer failed not sure why. 

Can someone point me in the right direction

no reason as long as the file in right location nothing blocking in the path.

Also i do not see any username mentioned for SFTP to use -

for testing can you copy from disk to SFTP see if that works.

have you tried doing a debug ?

debug transfer 7
