Cisco ISE BYOD network assistance admin access

Trying to setup wireless cert provision on corporate notebook to connect to SSID on ISE 2.4

-Using windows PKI env wasn't a option

-Used wired connection to ISE Certificate Provisioning Portal for the wireless cert but its too many steps for users

At this point i figure i used BYOD portal

However when getting the redirect for the BYOD portal,user gets a prompt to install cisco network assistance.exe file

Users dont' have admin accounts.

What would be the workaround at this point?

This tool is for users personal devices that they have admin access to.
You could deploy an EMM solution or some sort of management to push out the cert.
