Cisco ISE DB not starting

hi out there - due to an "issue" with our VMWare cluster i have a PAN node - secondary - on ISE 2.7 with a DB which is not running - is there a simple way to re-create the DB from "scratch" and let it re-sync with the primary?
or is it de-register - and in standalone mode rebuild and the re-register?

@tiwang you can use the command "application reset-config ise" to reset that node to factory defaults, then rejoin the cluster.

Once the cluster is functioning again I would recommend upgrading to the latest supported version 3.3 patch 4 (at time of writing) asap, as 2.7 is EOL.
