Cisco ISE External Identity Sources

Hello,

I am in the process of adding Active Directory in ISE and for the life of me, every time i click the +ADD option, nothing happens. It is not grayed out. I can also click advanced tools, or move around the GUI but not add. I rebooted ISE, tried other browsers and still no go. Please help.

You might want to enable your browser debugs to see if that gives any clues. I can't say I have ever run into this. Just check that you don't have any pop-up/malware blockers or plugins running. Have you tried the latest Firefox/Chrome browser in Incognito/Private mode?

Is you DNS and NTP setup and working.
