Cisco ISE GuestEndpoints and Licensing

Quick question. If a device is placed into the GuestEndpoint group automatically through the Hotspot portal in ISE 2.0. If we make policies based of the GuestEndpoint identity group does it use a Plus license?

I know Plus license is used if we go through the Device Registration process but not sure if it holds true if it is automatically done through the Hotspot or GuestPortal.

It should not. It should only consume a base license.
