Cisco ISE Identity Groups

We have a number of Polycom phones that always end up in the 'profiled' identity group and not the 'Polycom' ident group we created.  They are correctly identified as 'Polycom-device'.  How do I ensure that they end up on the subgroup and not just the 'profiled' ident group.. this is for Cisco ISE 2.0

Under Policy > Profiling

You can Create an Identity Group for the policy and select for Yes, create matching Identity Group.

It will automatically allow devices to fall under Polycom-device.

Let me know if you require any further information.

ps : rate if it helps!!!!

Thanks for the reply, however there is no 'profiling' option under policy

Hi, Administration > System > deployment Select the node and see if profiling is enabled. Regards Gagan
