Can some one assist me with license consumption usage report  issue ?  Its always shows zero though the actual usage is  not zero . deployed version 2.1.0.474 with patch 3,5

If your deployment has 2 MNTs, then you might be hitting CSCvg03064. I would suggest to engage Cisco TAC.
