Hello
We have a PAK licesne for cisco ise and cisco consider license activation based on the day of the license "license start date is the day the license is activated" and our license has not activated
but when i check licensee transaction is only remove and add PAK and my start date of my license is 2016
is there something wrong with this PAK

License starts immediately when it is issued to you, not when you install it on ISE. According to the ISE ordering guide:
"By default, subscription licenses begin immediately and are for 3 Yrs. The subscription licenses can also be ordered with specific start and end dates. The start date can be up to 60 days out from the current date. The term can be between upto 60 months, allowing the licenses to be co-term’d."
