Cisco ISE PIC does't loading license page after new install.

Cisco ISE PIC does not loading license page after new installation with this error:

 Error:Unable to load licenseAction.do?command=listWithContainer status:0

Version: Ise-pic-3.0.0.458

No updates, we are downgrade to 2.7.

I think I am hitting this bug as well. Upgraded from 2.7 to 3.0.0.458 and patched to level 2.

I wondered if ISE 3.0 was still too 'new' to upgrade to. But my customer wants agentless posture which only 3.0 can do.

I can't access the licencing page and the maintenance page doesn't show my installed patches either. The patches do show up in the 'about ISE' dialog though. 

Other than that, ISE seems to be operating correctly.

Double check with TAC if 3.0 P3 will solve this issue.

i just have same issue on ise3 p4.it seems ise have problem with Firefox.just try open it via google chrome!

I've just run into it with 3.1P1 and the opposite of that worked for me. The only browser that I could use to open the licensing page was the Firefox.
