Cisco ISE posture report shows machine name instead of username in the "identity" field

Hi,

I have integrated Aruba wireless controller with Cisco ISE 2.6 for wireless user posture checking. We use EAP-FAST and everything works a expected. But I noticed that in ISE the posture report shows the identity as machine name instead of username even though raduis live log shows both user and machine names. Please help.

Please clarify what you are using with EAP-FAST, such as EAP Chaining enabled/disabled, user auth only, or machine auth only. Such info is not clear from what you wrote. It would be best for you to engage TAC and investigate further.
