Cisco ISE | Samsung Tablet send Public IP instead of Mac address

Hi,

I’m using an ASA VPN with AAA on ISE (MAC address in the identity group). I can’t connect to the VPN, so I checked the live log on ISE and found that my tablet has sent its public IP address instead of its MAC address
