I'm trying to built an SOP document for Cisco ISE 2.1 which includes procedure for compliance, authentication, PKI certification, failure, non compliance PC or end point, mapping mac devices such as printers/ cameras/ip telephone ... etc procedure in case of Emergency on how to pass posturing or the whole dot1x process ..etc.
Is there any references which can help me in this matter ? anyone who has built such document ?
