I'm about to change the self registration code for our guest portal, however, it resulted to an error like this:
Unable to load /admin/guestAccessSettingsAction.do?customi
zationLanguage=English&command=checkCertPor
talConflict status:0
So the result, I cannot proceed to change the registration code.
Can anybody help me with this and what is this error?

I'm changing the registration code for self registration. We are changing this monthly, then suddenly this error occurs. So, the code that we have for this month is still the existing code from last month
I am accessing the interface via below:
Work Centers > Guest Access > Portals & components > Guest portals > (we have a self created portal) > Portal Behavior and Flow Settings > Self-registration Page Settings > Require a registration code for self registration:
