How can I order Cisco ISE for a new deployment on the cisco SNS? I tried to find the base lic( L-ISE-BSE-250=) and the replacement L-ISE-BSE-PLIC but didn't find it, so please, any advice about the new part number?

All you need is in the Cisco ISE Licensing Guide.

The replacement for the Base license is the Essentials subscription.

So I think that means ISE-SEC-SUB with ISE-E-LIC.

Like @Rich R noted, it is the ISE-SEC-SUB SKU with the Essentials license option in the desired quantity.
