Cisco secure ACS ver 3.0 with windows 2003 domains

Hello ,

We have been using Cisco secure ACS ver 3.0 on our environment . This was installed on windows 2000 member server and our Domain environment was windows 2000 Active directory .We have upgraded domains to Active directory based win 2003 and since then ACS stopped working ,comes up with error "External DB account restriction " .Our Switches /Routers and Dial-in Users are integrated with Active Directory through ACS which we can't able to access now .Look forward for early reply for solution.

3.0 does not support 2003 AD (since 2003 wasn't available when 3.0 was written), it's different to 2000 AD.

ACS support for 2003 AD was introduced into ACS v3.2.2 and higher, so you'll have to upgrade to that.
