Cisco secure ACSse 1113 user changeable password problems

hello,

I have installed the UCP on the WinXP pro operating system (IIS 5.1) with ACSse 4.1. However, first login window appears in order to fill Login and password, after I obtain an unreading page as :

?P????j? ? E?8?? N?? [ hr? ? ??E?? ?_e??y?\??n???Z?X? ?? r?0???<}?? ?6????+???g?m?c??fD????????]??h?????? ?d;C ???v ????u?????Q?]?2??????9?=??^f? 8} ??,? ? ? ?w?3????$?ar?

Anyone have the solution on this?

Hi irisrios,

there was no comment with your answer, is that to say UCP doesn't work with ACSse 4.x

i don't need to download to 3.3.4 as all others services seems to be operational.
