Cisco Work failing to deploy passwords

Hi All

When trying to deploy new passwords to switches via Cisco Works

we get the following error message -

ERROR:RME_CDL1031:Transport session to device failed TFTP: failedCould not detect protocols running on the device

We can talk to said device with telnet ssh etc and cisco works brings up the device

centre so what is the problem - any ideas

Hi Steve,

As  Ciscoworks RME under the heading of administration. In this section navigated to RME Device Attributes - tftp timeout settings.  change to settings from:

TFTP timeout 5 seconds

to

TFTP timeout 30 seconds
