CiscoSecure ACS does not display dialout users

We are using "Dialout/EZ" to allow users to dialout through our AS5300. Users can dial out and when you do a "sh users" on the NAS the username is displayed. When I go into our CiscoSecure ACS, and go to "Logged in users" they are not displayed. TACACS+ account does not display anything either. They are authenticating through the ACS not a local account on the NAS.

You need accounting enabled for "Logged in users" to show up. Also the NAS must perform authentication and accounting using the same protocol—either TACACS+ or RADIUS
