Cistomized privilege level with ACS 5.1

Hi All, any one  has done the implementation of command authorization with ACS.

I want to create a command set in which user can only run show command which i specified and some command in configuration mode like assigning vlans to switch ports.

I have ACS5.1.0.44. what I will have to configure on switches and what on ACS ?. It should be a customised privilege level kind of.

On the switch, enable command authorization.

On ACS, create a command set and apply it to an access policy.
