Commercial ISE Customer wants to know about training options

I am a Virtual Customer Success Manager and my ISE customer and wants to go through ISE training asking:

I want to take the ISE training. Can you recommend which one is good training I should take. Can you send me the information? Thanks.

What customer facing trainings are available?  Paid Services? Self-paced? Free?
