Do we have any comparison to share with a customer about client (Anyconnect) vs clientless ISE posturing  from features prospective ?,

Hi, 

I am guessing when you say clientless, this means Posture with temporal agent. 

You can check the Posture Prescriptive deployment guide  to understand the difference.
