Configure TACACS+ server on Linux CentOS

I have been tasked to setup a TACACS+ server on a linux centOS box and I just want to know how to configure the server to do Authentication and Authorization. Then configure the routers and Switches to talk to the TACACS+ server. In addition I will need to integrate it into Active Directory.
