Hi,
Quick question to ISE development team:
Will the fix for CSCuj97832 be included in a future patch of ISE 1.2.0?
If yes, is there an ETA?
If no, can you please briefly explain the reasons?
Kind regards,
peter

Symptom:
The ISE hard disk fills up, causing the backups to fail
Conditions:
In the output of 'show tech', the segment
df -h output...
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda7
the Use% is really high
and
in the segement:
*****************************************
Checking disk usage of /opt...
*****************************************
xyz CSCOcpm
def ORCLfmap
abc TimesTen
(where abc,def and xyz represents some values)
The value 'abc' is very high as compared to others in the list
Workaround:
Please contact Cisco TAC for further assistance
Due to a resource lock in the replication process between Timesten and Oracle, the transaction logs in Timesten were not consumed and piling up, which caused the disk to grow.
This defect is fixed in 1.2.1 version of ISE. The fix involves decoupling the replication process between Oracle and Timesten and stopping the Timesten replication daemon.

Yes, that is all true as it is written the bug's web page:
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuj97832
I am looking for additional info why it is not included in any 1.2.0 patch.
