CSCwn25013 - ISE 3.2 P7: Patch install breaks database reset functionality

It happens in all ISEV3.2 patch 7. Reproducible as the patch breaks : application -configure - ise  option 4 with this symptom:

Starting Database only

Creating ISE M&T database tables...

cp: cannot stat '/opt/CSCOcpm/db/reset_mnt.dmp': No such file or directory

chown: cannot access '/opt/oracle/base/admin/cpm10/dpdump/reset_mnt.dmp': No such file or directory

chmod: cannot access '/opt/oracle/base/admin/cpm10/dpdump/reset_mnt.dmp': No such file or directory

This bug hunt me for about 3 months. The hot fix from TAC fixes it.

 Not only the Hot Patch from TAC fixes it, but also take a look at the following fixed version and detailed RNE (Release-Note Enclosure)
