Hi,
I used ACS 4.2.1.15 on windows 2008 SP1, found CSLog service not started. I try to restarted but service was started for while and went to stopped.
How should i do to start this service? Thanks and appreciated for any idea.

Hi,
Could you try restarting it manually from run > services.msc.
Or you can try from the ACS gui.. system configruation > service control > restart .. this will restart all your services.
Also if none work. try restarting the whole server it self.

Thanks for reply
the issue was solved. the cause was the client mistake that he have checked ACS log option for both method that affects service can't started properly
